ORDER PROCESSING:

When will my order be processed? 

Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday. All purchases are subject to credit authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Once you submit your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account within 24-48 hours to let you know we’re working on processing your order!

 

SHIPPING:

When will my order be shipped out?

We ship out packages Mondays and Thursdays. We are a small business. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

How do I track my order?

After your order is processed, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your unique tracking code from our shipping vendor. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking code to become active. Once you've received your tracking code in the email, you’ll be able to follow your package until it’s delivered to your doorstep!

Why hasn't my tracking location updated? 

Sometimes, tracking may not update for a few days. If the package is being handled by the USPS (or your local mail service) for final delivery, the tracking may not update until the package is “Out for Delivery”. If it's been longer than 14 business days and your tracking still hasn't updated, please contact us at theworkmood@gmail.com.

My tracking says "delivered" but I don't have my package.

Often packages are scanned as “delivered” before your local mail carrier physically delivers the package to your home. Therefore, you may receive your order within 24 hours after your tracking shows the “delivered” status. Additionally, please check around your home’s outside entry area to see if the package carrier left the package in another spot. If you still haven’t received or found the package after 48 hours, please contact us at theworkmood@gmail.com.

How long does shipping take? 

U.S. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Processing time typically processes within 2 business days (Monday - Friday). During product launches or sales, shipping may take longer. Thank you for your patience during these times. If it's been longer than 14 business days and your package has not arrived, please contact us at theworkmood@gmail.com.
  • Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday excluding weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends.
  • The Work Mood offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. orders $50 and over excluding taxes and discounts. Currently, THE WORK MOOD ships within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. 

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    International Shipping rates vary based on package weight and shipping address. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing and up to 21 business days for delivery. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and order value, and we have no influence or control over them. The customer is responsible for all customs and / or import fees. By law, we cannot lower the invoice value or send the order as a gift.

    If an international order is returned to us as a return to sender shipment (recipient refuses to accept the shipment), we will process a refund less shipping cost back to the original form of payment.

     

    RETURNS:

    How do I return or exchange my item?

    Please email us at theworkmood@gmail.com and we will get the return/exchange process started with you. Please provide us the name on the order and the ORDER # in the first email. If you wish to return a product, please initiate the return within 30 days of the purchase date, for a refund on the purchase price. 

    • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment once return is received.
    • We cannot accept returns for used products.
    • Shipping and handling are not refundable.
    • Return shipping costs are the customers’ responsibility.
